How to book your trip
Because our season availability is limited and our financial logistics for the season hinge on bookings received in advance, we have to be firm in our booking policy.
First, contact us with the dates you prefer, the size of your group, and which options you would like. We will hold those dates for you for a reasonable length of time (a couple of weeks) while we await your deposit.
The deposit amount is 30% of the price of your trip and is non-refundable.
The balance of your payment is due December 15 prior to your trip. Payments are non-refundable, unless we can re-sell your spot, less a 20% administration fee.
We reserve the right to cancel trips if snow conditions will seriously affect safety. If we cancel the trip we will issue a refund.
Trips may be shortened or lengthened as a result of not being able to access the lodge by helicopter due to weather issues. These situtations are beyond our control and are part of the reality of skiing in the backcountry. We do not compensate you for shortened or lengthened trips.
Trip insurance is recommended.
